Hurricane Relief Classic

Before we created the non-profit, we just wanted to help those in need. We like to say we were built by storm. After the trauma Hurricane Maria cause in Puerto Rico. We decided to host a basketball tournament to help those who suffered. We asked all of our friends to compete on court, but before they suited up each player had to provide twenty non-perishable items. All donations collected were sent by mail to a church in Isabella, Puerto Rico. With the idea of helping numerous throughout the game we love we decided to start a non-profit that focused on serving underserved communities through the game of basketball.

The Black team was stacked with talent and won the championship. Jaleel Nelson won MVP.
