It all started with a post on Facebook and the hashtag #CPDAY. With both founders growing up in the same neighborhood it was destine they do something for their own community.
College Park Day – a community fun day for past and present residents / back to school backpack giveaway.
The day started glooming with weather apps saying cancelling all events. It was a huge decisions for us move forward but it had to be done.
We hosted CPDAY at Level Green Park (Virginia Beach, VA) in the College Park neighborhood, that brought out hundreds of people. The community came together to enjoy bounce houses, music, tail gating, basketball and interactive games. 200 book bags filled with school supplies were handed out at the end.
